Should have worked on assignment manager, workflows and business services - Siebel Functional knowledge, preferably in Siebel Financial Services - Should have end-to-end experience of Siebel implementation - Excellent Team Player - Excellent Communication and Documentation skills *Experience Required* Experience of Siebel implementation Experience in creating Siebel design documents, unit test cases *Roles & Responsibilities* Ability to work independently and take ownership of a task with a little or no supervision Understand requirements and perform impact analysis Design and develop one or more modules of the Siebel application Work in co-ordination with the offshore development team Ensure adherence to Siebel development standards and guidelines Must be able work in dynamic environment and have excellent communications skills *Generic Managerial Skills* Achieves the project goals and objectives without compromising quality Work independently and as part of a team to guide project efforts to ensure high quality deliverables Prepare Deployment Check-list.
