Must be well versed with Ab Intio AIR commands, EME and Metadata Hub. •Candidate must be experienced with ETL development and should have worked with all phases of SDLC •Very strong Unix skills. Must be able to write wrapper scripts and debug failures in a Unix environment. •Strong DB2 database stills. Should be able to write complex SQL statements. • Well versed with scheduling tools like control-m. • Experience with hardware upgrade involving ETL and Database servers. • Most importantly the candidate should be able to work independently and dig through issues and failures. • Investigate ETL job failures due to resource constraints, missing/invalid data/files, Bugs and infrastructure component issues and plethora of other reasons • Investigate Performance degradations and support ongoing maintenance of ETL code, FTP Servers, Network, Database and control-n Job Scheduler. • Monitor all performance metrics for various production systems and identify root cause for all technical issues and recommend solutions.
