PrimeFinance IT is a global organization with about 100 business analyst / developers spread across 5 different locations. PrimeFinance IT is a global team responsible for analyzing requirements from PrimeFinance Traders and Trade Capture teams and help build out IT solutions with specific focus on Equity Swaps Trading, Index and ETF trading, Risk and Control reporting. This team is also responsible for helping in analyzing requirements; designing computer programs; recommending system controls and protocols. *Business System Analyst and Developer Job Duties:* • Business analyst and developer in helping analyzing requirements in helping add functionality to the existing PrimeFinance applications which are utilized for trading, reporting and risk controls. • Proficient with Project Management experience including tracking of budget, milestones, resource allocation in centralized system called onePPM. • Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications. • Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. • Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures. • Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; training users. • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. *Skills/Qualifications: * • Knowledge of prime services, Equity Swaps, custom and market index execution and trading. • Have 5 to 7 years of experience as Business analyst / PM in one of the leading investment banks or a large bank / broker dealer. • Proficient with multiple project management techniques including scrum, agile, extreme and lean project management etc. • Be proficient in writing SQL queries to analyse data, retreive data etc • Teamwork, Software Maintenance, Written Communication, Promoting Process Improvement *Please take some time to answer these questions, and attach your current MS-Word format resume with your reply:* Name (specify middle initials if any): Best Contact Number/Cell No: Current Location: Work Authorization: Last 5 Digits of SSN : Availability to Join (Immediate, 2 weeks, etc): Availability & Preference for the interview.
