The IBM BPM developer will be developing the business process/Coach UIs &
other BPMN 8.5 artifacts in configuring complex workflows and supporting
the development of interfaces when processes require. The IBM BPM developer
will work with Architects BPM for implementation of process. The IBM BPM
tool will be used to support formulation and  support process automation as
well as orchestration amongst applications.

   1. IBM Business Process Manager/Coach UI/Human Task/Portal
   Development/Jquery/Dojo/Java/Java Script/CSS
   2. Experience using IBM BPM to interface with other
   applications/BPEL/Mediations/IBM Blue Works
   3. Experience working within the SDLC
   4. client facing experience
   5. Work with multiple project delivery team Process design, development
   and/or improvement.-
   6. Leads and has direct responsibility for one or more technology
   projects.
   7. Prepares design, technical specifications.
   8. Provides coding, testing and implementation support for identified
   technical platform
   9. Analyzes user requirements, and defines technical project scope and
   assumptions for assigned tasks.
   10. Ability to design, builds, and maintain Business Process workflows
   and Coach UIs in the IBM BPM product.  At least 4 years of experience in
   IBM BPM Design and Development to provide leadership to the BPM Development
   Team, and contribute to the Development of our BPM Project initiatives.  At
   least 2 years of experience on the IBM BPM suite working with 8.x.
   Experience with IBM BPM v8.5.x is a plus.
   11. Ability to identify common coach components and develop reusable
   coach views
   12. Ability to design database tables and stored procedures to persist
   BPM Process and Business data to support audit and Dashboard reporting.  At
   least 2 years of experience with database design and SQL development.
   13. Ability to troubleshoot and help facilitate and support BPM installs
   and overall environment performance and stability within the IBM BPM
   WebSphere environment.  At least 2 years of exposure to the IBM BPM
   WebSphere environment to be able to understand the installation process and
   help trouble shoot BPM environment issues.
   14. Demonstrated track record of successful project execution and
   delivery
   15. Strong process orientation, analysis and critical thinking skills
   16. Dynamic leadership ability to motivate and drive development team to
   greater productivity and successful implementation of solutions
   17. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  Ability to
   communicate technical topics to business partners in terms they understand.
   18. Excellent Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal
   direction;
   19. Proven competency with planning and estimation;
   20. Excellent organization and prioritization skills, demonstrated by
   the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
