Duration: one year





What you will do:

•             Work directly with cross-functional, self-organizing teams
enabling their ability to go from good to great

•             Spend significant time pairing with developers to provide
active mentoring and coaching, i.e. leading by example

•             Discover opportunities and promote agile engineering
practices throughout the organization

•             Inspect and adapt the role and have the freedom to change it
as you learn more about how to improve our organization

What you should be awesome at:

•             Many of the following agile engineering practices: Test
Driven Design/Development, Pair programming, Continuous
Integration/Deployment, Evolutionary and Emergent Design, Aggressive
Refactoring, Behavior Driven Design/ATDD

•             Demonstrating how agile engineering practices are a boost to
value delivery, not a cost

•             Detailed technical problem solving and troubleshooting

Bonus points for:

•             Strong facilitation skills so that inefficiencies and
impediments to success are removed

•             Experience influencing change across an organization

•             Developing large-scale, custom distributed software systems

•             System design with SOA/REST/Microservices

•             Modern web development (e.g., HTML5, JavaScript, AngularJS,
Backbone)
