Job Title: Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

Location : St Louis, MO

Duration: 6+ Months





*Responsibilities*

Looking for someone with strong strength in *Selenium Webdriver automation*.
Java knowledge 4-5 in a scale of 1-10.

At least 5 years of experience and a self starter

·         Plan and executes both manual and automated functional,
non-functional and regression tests

·         Understand the application concepts and flow in order to identify
the re-usable key components for automation purposes

·         Ability to quickly understand and design/update automation
framework as per the application need

·         Suggest or recommend appropriate automation framework changes
that best suites the application under automation

·         Utilizing the Java platform, create a library of functions and
test scenarios to support automation

·         Create & execute automated scripts/components

·         Review scripts created by peers and suggest appropriate changes
for code optimization

·         Provide the status on a daily/weekly basis to the scrum team as
well management to track the progress

·         Document automation creation procedures as and when necessary

·         Work with other scrum team members to achieve common goal/vision

·         Support product related automation and manual testing activities

·         Facilitate lessons learned sessions and document results

·         Able to train/mentor QA staff on use of UI Automation and Service
Layer automation tools.
