*Job Description*:





PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management Functional Analyst with a strong
product knowledge of PeopleSoft ELM module 9.x and above. This will be a
contract position with the timeframe starting as quickly as a resource is
identified and will last until end of 2015.



This resource will be expected to demonstrate product functionality,
conduct/document business process requirements and design workshops, author
specification documents, drive configuration and application security
decisions, develop/document test conditions, scenarios, and scripts,
conduct functional and integration testing,  develop training materials and
provide knowledge transfer. This position requires a high level of
facilitation and collaboration skills as well as application knowledge.





The successful candidate must demonstrate the following skills:

   - Strong product knowledge of PeopleSoft ELM – Version 9.0
   - Detailed experience with configuring the Learning Environment and
   Learning Catalog, Activities, Components, Delivery Methods, Keywords,
   Learner Groups, Catalog Security, Programs, Certifications, AELGs, and Auto
   Enrollment
   - Experienced in interfacing data from PS HCM into ELM
   - Understanding of Oracle Staging Table architecture
   - Preferred 6-8 years' experience supporting business applications,
   documenting business processes, and designing application solutions.
   - Analyze user requirements through documentation of current processes,
   analyzing alternatives and redesigning processes to implement the best ELM
   solution
   - Ability to document current and future processes, analyzing
   alternatives and redesigning processes to implement the best solution using
   a fit/gap analysis
   - Develop functional specifications including process maps, functional
   design and test plans for projects requiring technical review and
   development
   - Recommend system configuration options that will support current
   functionality as well as establish a framework for future use cases
   - Design application modifications and new functionality as appropriate
   - Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, including the
   ability to prioritize Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and
   resolve complex functional issues
   - Able to work collaboratively and supportively with the business
   community and IT application support team members
   - Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
   - Strong problem solving and analytical skills
   - Facilitate communications, change management and training needs for
   changes to HR and Learning processes and systems
   - Demonstrated deep experience with software application lifecycle
   methods, processes and tools
   - Work with the project management team to establish and monitor project
   tasks and milestones
   - Must be able to meet deadlines and quick turn-around of project
   deliverables for client review and sign-off.
