Experience with bladelogic is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to apply problem analysis/resolution techniques and engineering design capability. • Demonstrated proficiency in the application of technical knowledge to solve information system-related business problems. • Demonstrated effective oral, written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders and technical personnel. *Responsibilities:* • Contribute to design, implementation and maintenance of monitoring systems to monitor infrastructure and applications. • Hands-on experience in producing quality monitoring solutions for business critical applications. • Resolve complex technical issues to improve system availability, resiliency, and performance. • Work closely with other technology teams including application development, IT infrastructure and network engineering to troubleshot and solve problems using monitoring tools. • Implement and Manage MS SCOM, HP OMW / OMi, HP BPM & HP SiteScope and other enterprise class monitoring solutions. • Engineer monitoring solutions operations, policies, and procedures to drive proactive alerts and notifications. • Identifying and implementing automation for day to day operations to improve resiliency and efficiency.
