*Please find the below requirement.* *Position: Windows Mobile Developer* *Location: Ann Arbor, MI* *Duration: 6+ month contract* *Phone Interview then Skype Interview * Must have excellent communication skills; local is preferred; all work authorization *General Responsibilities: * Design, develop, debug, and modifies components of software applications and tools. Drive technical direction at the application/product level for small to mid-sized projects. Design, spec, schedule and provide quality implementation of a component or feature (typically 1-3 months in duration). Provide alternative solutions to a given problem. Resolve problems and roadblocks, with management assistance if required. Follow through on details and drive issues to closure. Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. Actively participate in group technology reviews to critique work of self and others. Work collaboratively with all members of technical staff. Collaborate with program management and testing peers in the development of assigned components. Participates in and provides input to requirements definition. Usually provides solid judgment calls and trade-off analysis. *We’re looking for someone who embodies the following: * - Passionate about beautiful, well designed apps and great user experiences. - Proficient in C# and Windows phone 8. - Writes code that is both maintainable and elegant. - Has a strong ability to work independently. - Is excited to pick up, learn and run with new frameworks as they are released. - Loves all aspects of application development, from brainstorming and design to implementation and launch. - Good-humored and ready to join our fun, dedicated team. - Borderline-OCD attention to detail. *Qualifications: * - BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent. - Experience developing well architected software in a fast-moving environment (think 1 to 2-month release cycles). - Experience with Windows Phone App Development.
