Role Description

Hands on experience program manager in customer data analysis and customer
survey techniques, propose solutions by working with linked stakeholders,
business critical data analysis and management readouts in terms of
dashboards.
We need someone who has worked in the customer survey industry, understands
the baselines and how the data points co-relate to the customer pain points.

well versed in managing customer sensing data.
Represent software supply chain team at the supply chain customer sensing
governance body. Categorize bi-weekly voice of customer data and provide
input to the customer case management system.
Work across functions to identify case owner and be aligned with proposed
solutions, responsible parties, and timeline. Analyze data and presenting
findings on root-cause.

Desirable Skill Set

Hands on experience Program Manager in Customer Data Analysis and customer
survey techniques, propose solutions by working with linked stakeholders,
business critical data analysis and management readouts in terms of
dashboards.
Need someone who has worked in the customer survey industry, understands
the baselines and how the data points co-relate to the customer pain points.

Must have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
Experience with software licensing
Experience in itemizing voice-of-customer data
Knowledge on survey techniques desired
Proficiency in Excel
Proficiency in Powerpoint
