The successful candidate will be an engaged member of a cross-functional
agile team that delivers technology solutions to support the organization's
strategic goals. The individual will collaborate with product owners and
solution developers to refine the user stories into testable acceptance
criteria, design, develop and execute tests that validate the solution and
mitigate risk, and develop and maintain reusable automated tests. The
candidate will be a creative team player with excellent communication
skills, high attention to detail and a strong test background.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*

   1. Communicate test results, outstanding issues, and overall risk
   assessment.
   2. Contribute to release planning by estimating test complexity of
   stories.
   3. Contribute to team retrospectives and continually inspect and adapt
   to optimize practices.
   4. Design, develop and automate test cases at the UI and service layers
   to validate functionality of applications. Ability to test websites, web
   services and the ETL transformations programmatically.
   5. Engage and participate in the Testing Community of Practice.
   6. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the team
   7. Partner with developers and the business resources to ensure
   appropriate unit testing coverage and continuous integration
   8. Ask questions to eliminate ambiguity and yield better requirements
   and acceptance criteria.
   9. Contributes to user acceptance testing.
   10. Assist developers in troubleshooting failures.
   11. Design test cases to validate data integration solutions.
   12. Must meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of
   their departments.
   13. Must work well in a team environment, and be capable of building and
   maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and
   customers.
   14. Identify the impact of known bugs
   15. Continually work towards improving the testing process by proposing
   changes to the testing process
   16. As part of a team, review requirements, specifications, user
   documentation, help files, and other project documentation to assure
   quality of the products and tests to be developed
   17. Work with developers to integrate automation test cases in nightly
   builds

*Requirements:*

   1. 3+ years hands on automation testing experience. Coded UI experience
   a plus.
   2. *2+ years hands on object-oriented development experience, preferably
   with C#/.Net for testing purposes*
   3. *SQL experience required preferably with C#/.Net *
   4. *Experience with an ORM tool (Entity Framework, Linq to SQL,
   NHibernate, etc.). is required*
   5. TFS/MTM experience is a plus
   6. Experience with CUITe is a plus
