This role requires involvement of both the technical and business elements of software development, integration, and implementation projects. This critical role will be demanding and require a responsible and detail oriented developer who thrives in a pressure environment and can think outside the box for creative solutions. This position requires an optimistic, high-energy, tactful, assertive individual to step in and take control of a situation. *Requirements: * · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field · Must have 3-5 years MS Dynamics CRM 2011 SDLC development experience · External consulting experience related to technology (e.g. software development, integration, etc.) and/or business (e.g. software implementation, business analysis/process mapping, etc.) with medium or large organizations · Microsoft .NET development (e.g. ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, XML, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, SharePoint) · Basic administration of Microsoft Windows based servers · Experience with Business Intelligence Tools such as dashboard or SSRS · Business Analysis experience is required Ability to document and diagram business processes and translate into system requirements · Experience with Visio or similar tool is required · Strong communication skills, both oral and written are essential · Highly dependable and responsible · Ability to work independently and on a team · Experience with Legacy Systems highly desired · Desired Microsoft and Dynamics CRM certifications or related technologies helpful James Kumar- Director Recruiting Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
