4 - 6 years of experience in Tier 2 User Support

*Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills*

•           Experience in or capable of quickly learning access
authentication – RACF and Active Directory.

•           Perfect Client Experience (polite/professional) to address
requests and responding to client’s emails and phone calls from clients.

•           Capable of meeting department’s service-level-agreements (SLA)
for responding to requests, emails, and calls.

•           Team player and able to multi-task - ability to assist in
various assignments.
