*Job Title: SQL Server Database Analyst/DBA* *Location: Tallahassee, FL* *Duration: 1 year* *Responsibilities* include but are not limited to the following: - Modify Structured Query Language (SQL) server 2008; - Design model objects (tables, views indexes); - Modify MSSQL Database Storage structures tables; - Provide database administration and documentation for storage, data design & modeling, monitoring, performance turning, and PI/SQL in PRISM (Patient Reporting Investigating Surveillance Manager System); - Provide PRISM configuration management, patch management and version control of administration, patching of Oracle Application servers and Oracle Database and MSSQL and web application servers, and complete Change Management process; - Process PRISM help tickets to correct system errors or implement user-defined requirements and enhancements within the timeframe directed by the specific ticket request; - Deliver database code to perform system functions as defined in user requirements, defects or enhancements for PRISM and TB Consultation, Incentives and Enablers, and TB Surveillance projects; - Test database code created for PRISM to satisfy system fixes, enhancements or user defined requirements; - Assist in the incorporation on new laboratories, laboratory tests, providers, or other electronic submission of data and the integration of this data with the PRISM system as defined by user requirements; - Provide managerially requested activities, reports, analytical research and communication; - Provide assistance to other projects. *Requirements:* - Experience with Database Administration; - Experience with SQL Server 2008 R2; - Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services 2014; - Experience with RUP; - Experience with ASP.Net 3.5/4.5; - Experience with JavaScript; - Experience with DB2; - Experience with medical related application development and support; - Experience with management of multiple projects, user support, and documentation of operational needs.
