As such, the candidate will need to work well in a team environment. In addition, the candidate will be required to mentor staff who are new to the world of JAVA programming, and offer insight and options into the design decisions regarding specific interfaces. *THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THE HIRING MANAGER IS LOOKING FOR ---- PLUS SOMEONE WHO CAN MENTOR OR TEACH EXISTING STATE STAFF on JAVA, J2EE, SPRING, JAVA Enterprise.
