Enhance Wildlife Habitat Conservation and Management Program based on expressed specifications The skills necessary to do this work would include: *Languages:* HTML CSS JavaScript C# T-SQL (SQL programming language) *Frameworks:* jQuery Knockout AJAX ASP.NET 3.5 ADO.NET 3.5 *Tools:* Visual Studio 2013 SQL Server Management Studio 2012 Mercurial source code control. *Desired experience:* Upgrading projects from VS 2008 to VS 2013 Upgrading projects from ASP.Net 1.1 to ASP.Net 3.5 Working with Microsoft SQL Server, both programming and administration Implementing web applications based on ASP.Net 3.5, C#, and JavaScript Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Writes manual for users to describe installation and operating procedures. Require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 2 years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Working knowledge of relational databases, client-server concepts, and web site development. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
