administration experience with Solaris/Linux in a 24x7 environment · 4+ years of experience in HA solutions like Veritas and Sun Cluster · 4+ years of experience in production support, including problem identification, root cause analysis, ticket documentation, customer and vendor relations · 4+ years of experience in building servers using Jumpstart and Kickstart with OS patching and upgrades experience. · 4+ years of experience designing, leading and implementing small to medium-scale technology projects · Experience working with HP Blades and high end ORACLE hardware. · Experience and knowledge of automation tools like Chef, Puppet , RunDeck etc · Advance knowledge of server virtualization technology in VMware and Cloud infrastructure · Knowledge of monitoring tools like Nagios/HPOV/Cacti/Graphite a plusStrong Bash, Ruby or Perl scripting competency · Cloud computing experience on OpenStack a plus · In-depth knowledge of SAN, NAS with experience a plus · Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.) a plus · Strong automation skills with the ability to covert and simplify manual processes with scripting and automation tools. ·
