*Title: Salesforce Business AnalystLocation: Stoughton, MALength: 3 Months + (ongoing)Interview Process: Skype of F2F* Description: SalesForce Business Analyst Position Responsibilities As a member of our internal IT CRM Applications team, lead and/or contribute to all major CRM related projects Lead the CRM governance group meetings to drive consensus on business priorities Assist in implementation of new products and technologies on the salesforce.com platform Consult business stakeholders in the evaluation of new solutions Manage user acceptance test planning and execution of critical CRM projects Consult with users to optimize their business processes within the CRM environment Provide support to ensure normal system operation as well as troubleshooting production issues and problems Proactively monitor system operations and recommend improvements Make recommendations on improvements to the user experience and increase system adoption Recommend new tools or improved use of the existing platform based on business needs Review the content of each new release and its impact on business processes and system functionality – becoming familiar with any/all new features in coordination with the Salesforce System Administrator Position Requirements What we need from you: 3+ years experience in the Salesforce application environment with hands on experience in several salesforce.com implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud…), and the deployment of customizations using Force.com development and Apex programming. 2-3 years experience in a project leadership position Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Consultant for a mid-to-large sized organization Outstanding analytical, business analysis, testing, documentation, and problem solving skills to be able to effectively analyze end-to-end business processes, system flows and application issues Experience coordinating project activities across functional teams with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Ability to work in a dynamic environment Strong understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities and limitations and can clearly communicate those to our business stakeholders Knowledge of all phases of software development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, focused and concise manner to all levels of management, and bridge communications between the technical and non-technical team members An ability and passion to work in a positive and collaborative team environment Desired Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Salesforce.com Administrator/Sales/Service Cloud certifications Oracle or SQL server database knowledge Salesforce Reporting experience Project management, PMP Thanks Bob Smith 203-652-1444 Ext 212 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
