Mandatory Technical Skills Onsite critical requirement for an Architect with expertise on Oracle - Transparent Data Encryption. GE wants to do a POC to evaluate the Product with Oracle and then there will be a full fledged project next year. Following are the core competencies requested by customer . Request you to aggressively work with for identifying right associate and fulfilling this requirement . 1. Extensive knowledge on Oracle Advanced Security Transparent Data Encryption (TDE). 2. Partner with Oracle to evaluate the product with the POC on an Oracle HR 12c Database Environment. 3. Help identify and guage impact to existing Data Base Processess , Applications over it and Performance of DB. 4. Experience in TDE Implementation. Desirable Technical Skills Background of Oracle ERP and Table Structures Mandatory Functional Skills 1. Ability to co-ordinate with multiple technical teams, Business users and Customer 2. Strong communication 3.
