This can still do long term contract or contract to hire. *Role details* Working independently and on teams, this position will take on various roles based on project assignments. Within the context of the IT job family framework, this position focus is primarily on the roles of Application designer and developer, with the following estimated breakdown: - Web Application development 60% - Application analysis and design 25% - Production support 15% *Knowledge or experience needed: * • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, mathematics or related field with technical experience • Master’s degree in computer science, application engineering, business administration or equivalent experience preferred • 7-8 year’s technical experience • Experience developing with several of the following: Web Application Design, JAVA/JSP, and JavaScript. • Application design and development experience in: web based solutions and server environments/platforms. *Required skills:* • Ability to troubleshoot application problems across multiple platforms. • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with project team members. • Proven ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast paced environment. • Business knowledge – broad understanding of our business, with knowledge of the customer subject area a plus.
