Job Title: Security Analyst
Duration: 6-18+Months Contract
Location:  Stamford CT

IT Security Analyst
This role will liaise between the network team and application managers to
define security practices between application behaviors and network
communications and act as the Subject Matter Expert.

Identify IT risks as they relate to specific projects to identify and
reconcile IT Security issues.
Translate IT Security issues into concrete deliverables that reduce the
risk to the project plan with key milestones.
Perform IT Security requirements analysis and document and report findings.
Gather information to clearly articulate, diagram, design and simulated
components, processes and end states solutions.
Preparing initial risk assessments and ensure appropriate communications so
that delivery schedules are met.
Monitor all project and program economics including costs, operating
budget, staffing requirement, resources and risks.
Understand the standard PMX framework and IT Security framework, and
utilize that framework throughout the project’s lifecycle

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of standard PMX framework and IT Security framework
Solid understanding of IT Security and/or technical background
(infrastructure).
Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills is an
absolute must.
Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 2010 or higher
particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and MS-Project.
Accurate reporting
Deductive Reasoning
Network engineering with firewall and communication protocol experience
CISSP and CISCO Certified Engineer
