Guide the team in developing optimized high quality code deliverable. Participate in code reviews, unit test plan reviews and validating the fixes. Good at Global Delivery Model. Required to coordinate with Offshore team (India) Need to have good understanding of SDLC life cycle. Need to have excellent communication skills. Will be involved in day to day client interaction and support tasks.
