*Role: IT Project Manager (EPM Suite)*
*Location: Columbus, IN*
*Duration: 12+ months*
*Job Summary**:*
- Oracle Financials with the EPM Suite. Also add Disaster Recovery
Plan. This one is more PM oriented. In addition to managing the War Room
for the financial close, they will be working on several projects such as
DRP plan update, so PM skills are more important on this role.
- Looking for a Project Manager that previously supported both IT
infrastructure as well as Applications. Must haves: EPM Suite,
Infrastructure projects, Application projects, War room expert.
- Manage the month end close process for IT, aligning application,
DBA and infrastructure resources towards a common goal. Leading 2-3 small
projects at a time such as an update to the DR plan, revising change
management processes, month end status monitoring improvements.
*Responsibility level:*
o Exercises independent judgment and will likely do so without supervision
*Skills:*
o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills,
attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required)
o Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
o Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and

o Strong knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and
computer hardware and software (Required)
o Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and
other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution
of goods (Required)
o Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in
strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods (Typically
required)
o Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL,
etc (Required)
*Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:*
o Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
o Manage backup, security and user help system
o Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess
computing needs and system requirements
o Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others,
to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
o Provide users with technical support for computer problems
o Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing
decisions
o Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and
requirements
o Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures
o Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and
control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery
