This position will be working with business partners within multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies; eliciting, documenting, and refining business requirements for the IT organization. This role will also serve as a liaison across multiple facets of the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs; leveraging an informed knowledge of business areas to identify and/or resolve problems on an ongoing basis. *Required Skills & Experience:* - Ability to translate high-level business requirements into functional/system requirements for the organization and manage changes to such specifications - Full lifecycle software project experience; understanding how tasks are integrated to produce final deliverables - Previous healthcare claims experience is a huge plus - Familiarity with business process design and aid the high-level business process design efforts with assistance of the stakeholders and end users - Experienced working with SDM application support/requirements - Skilled with elicitation and documentation of business and system/functional requirements for all approved changes to business processes, and systems & policies - Well versed with documentation of user acceptance test plans and test cases - Define and document requirements utilizing standardized tools and techniques - Demonstrate an expertise in business processes and systems - Can serve as liaison between developers and business - Experienced obtaining consensus by facilitating communication and sign-off between business and IT from initial requirements to final implementation - Function as a key contributor to the release management team, promoting both business and IT requirement understanding and agreement - Escalate requirement and testing issues and changes to requirements and testing support manager *Thanks & Regards* *Shashank Dubey* (Sr..
