1. Major Duties and Responsibilities
a. Define, design, build, test, deploy, and support software products
b. Consistently follow the specified software development methodology
c. Elaborate, estimate, and design for small increments of

d. Perform root cause analysis, technology evaluation, and design spikes
e. Forecast completing well-defined work and deliver on those forecasts
