NO H1B’s* *Key Responsibilities:* Looking for2 developers for a team focused on Innovation and Strategic Product Development. They need to be really strong performers in Java and Web Services. Other real time applications experience helps, as would service API development. Developers who have worked close to the OS or developed middleware packages are good prospects. Having solid Agile experience would really help as we take collaborative team spirit and timely attendance at Scrum ceremonies very seriously. Note that experience in only Enterprise IT business systems is typically not strong enough preparation for this type of work. That includes telecom enterprise systems for OSS/BSS. So in addition they would have to be super strong on other technical fronts, because they will be dealing with steep learning curves. *Responsibilities:* This person will be part of a highly focused team of software innovators who develop network applications and services using telecom technologies such as SIP, IMS, VoIP, etc. Network capabilities such as real-time call control, call feature interaction and multimedia messaging are made accessible through web portals, web services, message buses, etc. The qualified candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment using Agile practices and be a self-starter. This person will design and develop new applications primarily in Java using XML, web & bus services, integrated with services from Oracle DBMS & Weblogic/OCCAS, Tibco, and other 3rd parties. This is a highly distributed services oriented architecture (SOA), that also exposes API's to third parties. The person will interface frequently with product owners, architects and analysts to deliver solutions. *Qualifications:* · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field, preferably with a Masters. · 5-7 years’ experience designing and developing object oriented applications, web and/or client applications using Java & XML, web services & message buses in SOA environment, API development. · 3-5 years’ experience working in a telecommunications environment, preference given to the areas of call processing and messaging services using AIN, VoIP, IMS, SIP, SIP servlets, etc. *Desired Qualifications:* Experience with several of the following: WebLogic/OCCAS, Tibco Bus, iBatis, Spring framework, Eclipse, Jakarta Apache commons, REST/SOAP Web services, Corba, Ajax, Oracle, Android, webRTC, HTML5, websockets. Experience working in a product R&D environment evolving complex architectures and innovative services, ideally using Agile/Lean. 1. Backend Java Development 2.
