Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills More than 3 years’ experience: Configuration of Kronos Advanced Scheduler, Pay Policies, Accrual Policies in WTK 6.2 or higher, Development and modification of interfaces using WIM (Integration Manager and Designer) or Kronos Connect. Roles and responsibility Support Kronos Advanced Scheduling for Retail environment. Develop Kronos Workforce Integration Manager Interfaces to facilate sxcheduling and pay processes. Configure new Kronos policies as required for business Provide On call support on evenings and weekends.
