Someone who possess the experience in a large highly technical network infrastructure. This position is more than Operations, a portion of the responsibility will be working with our Central Engineering team. We would prefer a candidate who has heavy Sr Network Engineer experience vs a candidate with Operations experience. *We primarily need Senior Cisco Network Engineer with the following skills - * · Nexus · Routing/Switching/Routers/Switches · Encryption/Encrypted · MPLS · OSPF/BGP · Experience designing, implementing or supporting Cisco Nexus 1, 2, 5 and 7k platforms. · 3 years of leadership experience in an operational support or engineering capacity for medium to large enterprise networks · 3 years of experience in all aspects of engineering or operational support on one or more of the above platforms Expert troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of various network management platforms · Tier 3 escalation resource for High Severity & Low Severity Incident support Ensure all network environments are operating at peak performance levels on a daily basis through use of various tools and management platforms Drive problem resolution and interact with various technology support groups to ensure a positive customer experience and ensure adherence to problem management process standards and guidelines Governs Operational Resiliency, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery activities and exercises Assess security vulnerabilities and provide for mitigation plans and successful remediation of compliance findings Helps develop and perform against platform life cycle management strategies to include patching, code testing and deployment, capacity increases / decreases, hardware upgrades and decommission activities in support of run the engine initiatives *Kindly provide the following if you are interested for the position:* Updated resume: Availability: Expected hourly Rate(w2/c2c/1099): Current Location: Ready for relocation/Travel: Year of Bachelor's/Master Degree: Work Authorization in US(H1/GC/Citizen): Professional References(Name/official id/Title) *Please accept my apologies if this job is not of interest to you.
