listed below) with proven project delivery through full SDLC lifecycle from
requirements through deployment/support phase:
- Requisition Management
- Candidate Management
- Candidate Selection Workflows
- Offer Management
- Performance Management (preferable)
- Functional knowledge of Taleo including online configurations, with
technical understands of the Taleo architecture.
- Technical knowledge on developing new TCC Extracts / modifying
existing TCC extracts.
- Having current hands-on design & development experience on Taleo
platform.

*Roles & Responsibilities*
- Working with clients to design, develop and deliver solution.
- The professional should be able to build, test, install and maintain
software for the project.
- Ability to use and adhere to project methodology.
- Excellent team lead skill including ability to gather and document
requirements, provide expertise to analyze client business requirements and
suggest delivered/custom solutions to meet these requirements.
- Ability to work with the functional/technical team members to document
requirements, create functional designs and to provide developers with
support.
- Coordinate with Oracle to get software upgrades for Taleo
- Support development of training materials, and deliver training
sessions for internal and client resources.
