Required 5 Years Experience with Test data creation and SQL queries. Required 5 Years Experience in the review, analysis and reporting of test results. Required 5 Years Demonstrated experience of working with stakeholders, vendors and users. Required Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Required Experience with Previous Large scale State or Federal projects. Working knowledge of Medicaid, Public Health or Mental Health Operations. Desired College or university degree and five (5) years experience in IT Testing of Business Applications. Experience may be substituted year by year basis. Required 5 Years Knowledge of Test and Defect Management Tool, SILK Desired 5 Years Knowledge and experience with SQL Desired Knowledge of ICD-10 is desired but not required. Desired Knowledge and experience working with State Government systems Desired Knowledge of North Carolina MMIS Desired *Job Description* This position’s responsibilities include creation and execution of test cases for functional, integration and regression test plans based on Business Requirements and Functional Design Documents. Responsible for Creating and maintaining test results documentation, Test Results reporting and support defect tracking process and ensure project’s adherence to QA testing methodologies, best practices and policies. Ability to conduct and actively participate in Test Reviews, Status Meetings and provide testing progress reports. Position requires to be able to interact and work collaboratively with other state business units, stakeholders, vendors and users and Provide strong individual contributions for achieving team and project goals. *Sample Role Types:* Tester, Quality Assurance Analyst, IV&V Analyst *Expected Skills:* Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to manage complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have deep industry experience. *Description (including, but not limited to):* 1. Developing and maintaining user and technical documentation and project process documentation for Application Teams 2. Creating and reviewing test plans for a range of applications 3. Understanding end user use case for applications and/or technology and sequencing test procedures logically and appropriately 4. Executing test scripts, both manual and automated 5.
