*Job Title: 1160495: PL/SQL Report Developer* *Location: St. Louis, MO* *Duration: 6 months+* *Should be within the US from last 5 years.* Description The client seeks a report developer who possesses possess excellent SQL capability and is proficient in writing requirements to create ad hoc reporting to analyze data from all available sources in order to identify opportunities to improve products. Note: Resource must be onsite in St Louis, MO. No remote work. Required Skills: • 5+ years PL/SQL development experience • Knowledge on PL/SQL component creation of: procedures, packages, collections, bulk binding, VARRAYS, nested tables, materialized views, and triggers • 5+ years optimizing and tuning SQL queries, using oracle explain plans, hints, indexing, bulk collection, table partitioning, and global temporary tables • Experience using oracle utilities: UTL_FILE, SQL*Loader, • Experience creating DDL and DML scripts for data modelling changes • Understands Oracle parser, optimize dispatcher, and lock and resource manager in Oracle • Bachelors (or higher) in CS, CIS, or a related field of study Preferred Skills: • Good analytical skills in line with solving enterprise IT challenges and business opportunities • Good verbal and writing communication skills Additional Provisions: • Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check. • Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process. • If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance. • All candidates must be a US Citizen, have permanent residence status (Green Card holder), or hold a valid H1-B Visa. • Cannot have more than 6 months cumulative outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
