Agile workflow *Job Responsibilities:* 10+ years’ experience with SFDC solution architecture, relational database concepts, preferably with Oracle, SQL, and familiarity with reading Entity Relationships Diagrams Strong writing, negotiation and presentation skills Strong analytical/problem solving experience to deal with complex business problems Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML), multi-tier architecture, Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Prior experience with system configuration such as Salesforce.com or any GUI enabled configuration application that interacts directly with a backend database is highly desired 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience Experience in Healthcare knowledge Experience in workflow and rule engine tools such as Dralasoft and ILOG desired. Experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Rational Rose or other CASE tool desired. Experience designing, coding, reviewing web pages a plus. Performs computer systems analysis and configuration work. Plans, conducts, and directs the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems/applications. Partners with users or customers to identify, evaluate, and develop applications and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. May plan and execute unit, integration, functional and acceptance testing. Creates system specifications to meet business requirements. Designs and configures details of data elements for implementing information requirements for an application. May lead cross functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
