We have urgent Requirement , please share best candidate Role : Sr. Project Manager Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 6 months Interview: phone + F2F Need local Candidate Rate : $55/hr c2c All Inclusive USC / GC Required . Desired Skill Set: Agile, Microsoft Office 2010, Microsoft Project, SCRUM MUST HAVE: • Sufficient technical competency to engage in productive conversations with technical experts. • Ability to understand and assess impact of technology decisions on the project. • Consulting experience. • 5+ years experience leading multiple projects concurrently and handling complex competing client priorities. • 5+ years experience leading project teams using Agile/Scrum across all project phases. • 5+ years experience leading project teams using Waterfall across all project phases. • Strong experience constructing and escalating test phases. • Expert written and oral communicator. • Experience thriving in high pressure situations. • Have temperament and patience with all roles in a complex organization including Senior IT and Business managers. • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, 2007 or 2010. • MS Project expert experience. • Must have a strong customer service orientation. • Must possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Must have excellent documentation skills (e.g. SOWs, Charters, Communication Plans, Governance Plans).
