Please see the job description below and let me know if you have any suitable profiles available with you. *Social Media Analyst * *| Hillsboro, OR || Folsom, CA ||| Santa Clara, CA* *6 Months+* *Job Description:* The Digital Capabilities team inside the Sales and Marketing IT (SMIT) is expanding our social communications platforms. We are seeking a self-starter with an inquisitive nature who can work independently in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment. This role will work closely with our existing network of global communicators as well as collaborate with the global social media teams in the Marketing organization to establish both the infrastructure and best practices for social engagement, analysis, measurement, and training. This position will assist and enable our global communications teams to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments while supporting Intel's business objectives and driving positive perception and relevance among internal and external audiences. Experience and knowledge of digital and social media tools is required as well as the ability to develop strong partnerships with both marketing and business unit social experts. * Responsibilities * · Develop and implement a best practices approach and maintain a base of knowledge and gain expertise for a global communications-focused social media platforms. · Become an expert, educate and communicate the constantly changing dynamics around existing and emerging social platforms to enable our teams to execute sophisticated, fully integrated social activation plans. · Monitor platform trends and develop on-going training and capabilities assessments, and assist our communications team with the necessary tools, processes, applications, and strategies. · Work closely with outside agencies and marketing teams to develop on-going training opportunities and skills-building modules to keep the organization up-to-date on the latest trends and activities. · Serve as an adhoc key social reporting advisor to individuals and groups across IT, Marketing and Sales on how to best gather and build out social insights reports for PR campaigns, executive platforms, launches, and events. · Share knowledge and experience across the organization through presentations, informal get-togethers and/or development courses. · Assist and advise internal and external agency partners on social platforms usage and capabilities. *Qualifications* · At least 1+years' experience and skill utilizing social media tools and programs in an agency or corporate entity or privately. · Ability to collaboratively work cross-functionally within a broader, integrated communications team and with a global mindset. · Knowledge of digital and social media channels, (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) · Ability to quickly ramp on new technologies with a focus on the ability to communicate our key learnings. · Knowledge of social platform publishing and listening tools ( Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sysomos, Spreadfast, etc). · Effective persuasion and influence skills communicating with all levels, internally (within the company and the department) and externally. · Must be highly organized, disciplined and detail-oriented. Operates with a high degree of professionalism and viewed as competent, credible, and knowledgeable. · Ability to multi-task and handle conflict constructively, working a fast-paced environment across multiple organizations with multiple deadlines and high levels of complexity · Proven presentation skills, including success with presentations that require condensing data, trends, and insights into meaningful recommendations. · A self-starter able to work individually and in groups and possess strong listening, written and verbal communication skills. *Thanks,* Sudhir Dubey -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
