*Relevant Experience (Yrs) * 12+ years with end-to end implementation experience in HR Domain (People Soft Preferable) with 4+ years of Good experience in Fusion HCM (Core HR, Absence and Payroll) with Encryption, Data masking, Instance management, Data mart building, Requirements etc *Technical/Functional Skills * *Ability to conduct sessions with users to gather integration requirements, develop functional designs and coordinate with technical teams for the delivery of the same Performing testing, training and supporting UAT cycles.
