Individual(s) proposed must have the following business skills.

Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing No
minimum requirement specified
Ability to interact with Management and other IT area associates regarding
business and information technology needs No minimum requirement specified
Strong writing skills, including drafting, maintaining, and updating
technical documentation No minimum requirement specified
Individuals proposed must be U.S. citizens or meet and maintain employment

*SCOPE OF WORK*
The duties of the telecommunications technician include, but are not
limited to, the following tasks.
Installation, configuration, daily operational support, maintenance and
troubleshooting of Avaya servers and products including the following.
Communication Manager (6.x)
Session Manager (6.x)
G650, G450, G430 Media Gateways
S8XXX servers
Aura Messaging
IP Office
Evaluate hardware, software, and communications products, and provide
recommendations to the Technical Infrastructure team
Implement technology and infrastructure changes
Manage issue identification and resolution in a timely and efficient manner
Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities and effective asset
management
Perform root-cause analyses and make recommendations for improvements
Provide knowledge transfer
