*Job Description:*

Lead the development of enhancements to the Compensation module

·        lead process design/redesign activities

·        Work with Compensation COE for Business readiness

·        Develop and document Business Requirements and functional
requirements;

·        Know BluePrint business Requirement tool

·        Collaborate with Compensation stakeholders to gather business
requirements

·        Evaluate and Investigate complex strategic Compensation requests

·        Manage stakeholder alignment on product vision

·        Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation
deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow/process
diagrams, data flow/data

·        Execute Systems Integration testing

·        Particiapted in or facilitate Compensation UAT

·        Perform cost/benefit analyses for enhancement requests

·        Manage Change Request and defect process with development team
