§  L3 Citrix Engineering - troubleshoot servers that are down, outages,
server configuration, get applications to function, root cause, debugging,

*Day-to-Day *

§  This L3 Citrix Engineer needs to work in this run/operations team to
perform higher level troubleshooting and configurations.

§  The company has multiple projects in the pipeline as well as migrations
in progress that this Engineer will assist with.

§  This person won't be making icons/loading up URL's, but rather,
troubleshooting servers that are down, deal with outages, and work on the
server configuration side.

§  They will get applications to function, do debugging, root cause, and
test applications.

§  They'll be working in a large enterprise environment with 12,500 total
servers and 300+ applications.

§  Responsibilities will also include: Get servers stood up, adding servers
to various farms, test applications to work with new farms whether it’s a
new version of Citrix or Windows, if it’s on 32 bit and moving over to 64,
testing and debugging to get applications to work
