Firstly, we need someone to help drive our metrics based approach to establishing a baseline for key performance indicators that impact end user productivity. Through the use of Symantec Management Platform (Altiris), Splunk, SQL Server Reporting Services, Windows Event Logs, WMI, PowerShell, VBScript, Office Telemetry tools, Tanium, etc. this individual will quantitatively assess the current state of the endpoint environment and help identify and implement corrective actions. Secondly this Engineer will serve as a Level 4 point of escalation for Endpoint technology support. This will include troubleshooting Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 365 and related issues.
