An ideal candidate would: • Be a thoughtful voice for our users (the consultants and their clients), constantly thinking about new and improved use cases and features that will appeal to them. • Be comfortable working in small multidisciplinary product teams to help build products that are beneficial to our consultants and their clients. • Be able to develop high level user stories, design pretotypes/prototypes, create specs, and build some of the production assets. • Be excited about developing innovative user experiences that result in improved consultant productivity and better insights. • Be equally comfortable working the details of designs at a pixel level and at a storyboard level. • Be willing to maintain a high level of visual fidelity across pretotypes, prototypes and ultimately products. • Be something of a data artist, taking lots of data and presenting it in an interesting and insightful way. • Be nimble. We will constantly be working to define requirements while simultaneously designing for those requirements.
