*MOI-Telephone Hire Only General Experience: *Has the candidate worked at
an electric utility and specifically a multi-jurisdictional regulated
environment?
1. Describe and list number of years’ of experience in business
application design, development, installation, and/or modification in SAP
ABAP Development.
2. Describe the candidates’ skills and number of years’ experience with
functional and technical knowledge of SAP HR development.
3. List the modules within SAP the candidate has in depth exposure to.
*Development Experience:*
1. Describe the candidate’s skills and the number of years of experience
with providing technical support, diagnosing, testing and resolving complex
system problems.
2. Describe the candidates skills and number of years’ experience with
SAP interface technologies (Business Connector, SAP PI, SAP PO).
3. Describe the candidates skills and number of years’ experience with:
SAP ABAP WebDynpro, Adobe Forms, XML, SQL, IDOCS, Smart Forms, Workflow.
4. Describe the candidate’s technical skills including programming,
debugging, enhancements, and web technologies.
5. Describe the candidate’s communication and interpersonal skills for
consulting with users to understand needs, define requirements, and provide
effective solutions.
6. Describe the candidate’s knowledge of current technologies, tools,
applications, and vendors.
7. Describe the candidate’s skills and the number of years of experience
with planning, estimating, and negotiating delivery dates on assignments.
*Must meet requirements:*
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration,
Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; or the equivalent
combination of education and experience.
2. A minimum of seven years’ experience in business application design,
development, installation, and/or modification in SAP ABAP Development.
3. A minimum of four years’ experience in SAP ABAP HR.
4. ABAP WebDynpro experience
5. Experience recommending architectural changes to meet business
requirements
1. Experience creating design documentation and technical
specifications
2. Diagnosing and correcting issues within application logic,
implementing error handling and performance improvements to applications
3. Designing user friendly screens, forms
1. Experience utilizing SAP Support, including requesting and
applying SAP Notes
2. Experience with SAP Enhancement Framework
Consultant must be able to work independently to deliver end-to-end ABAP
developments
