Candidates with Salesforce.com administration certification required. Strong Knowledge in Salesforce Administration and Customization, Data Validation, Sales and Marketing Clouds experience required. Should be involved in gathering customer requirements from business user teams spread over the Sales, Marketing and other groups. Extensive experience in analysing organization processes, converting business workflows into exact Salesforce.com workflows and configuring Salesforce.com to meet business requirements. Extensive business knowledge and customization experience on various salesforce.com standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products and Price books, Cases, Leads, Campaigns, Forecasting. Hands on Experience in creating Custom Objects, Custom fields, Custom Tabs, and various other components as per requirements. Experience in Creating Roles, Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Custom Profiles, Custom Page layouts. In depth understanding of Profiles, Roles based on Organization role hierarchy and should have experience implementing Record-Level and Field-Level security and configured sharing settings. Experience creating Email Templates, Workflows, Workflow Actions and Approval Process. Understanding of automated lead routing, lead escalation and email alerts Proficient with Record Types, Reports and Dashboards and Public Groups creation and User Management. Should have worked with Validation Rules and created Triggers. Worked on data migration from databases to SFDC using Data Loader. Experience in creating detailed process documentation, Release Notes and deployment process. Maintain a holistic view of all business processes of different teams and users in the system to understand cross functional impacts of new custom development with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting Research changes in upcoming versions of salesforce.com and other integrated applications; provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity Manage special projects as assigned Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong work ethic *Education & Experience:* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Hands on, 3-5 years’ experience with Salesforce.com platform Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations.
