Mid-level BA that was worked on SAP projects, preferable FI module.

NEED EXCELLENT VERBAL/WRITTEN SKILLS





To create specifications for many projects for Finance and HR studio.

BA is specifically responsible for:

The Business Analyst’s role is to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate
the business needs of project stakeholders, be they customers or end users.
This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user
requirements to convey to development teams throughout the software
lifecycle.

This Business Requirements Analyst will also apply proven communication,
analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development
process, and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to
specifications.

Formulating and defining system's scope and objectives based on both user
needs and a good understanding of the application, business, operational
and/or industry requirements. S/he develops business requirements and
functional specifications for small to large sized projects. S/he can
perform these functions independently and often guides. S/he works with
internal business groups on process improvement projects and is involved in
testing, training and implementing of applications and/or systems, often
leading these efforts.

   - Assists and/or provides directions to lower level technical personnel,
   if required.
   - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
   - Willingness to travel to client location as required.





*SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:*

·         Partner with business teams to develop business and functional
requirements.

·         Partner with business teams and manage Change Control and release
cycles

·         Facilitate and conduct System and User Acceptance testing

·         Perform the analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation
for the SAP development projects and tasks

·         Job holder must have extensive experience with specific methods,
tools and techniques for clearly defining and documenting client needs and
associated requirements. S/he must be able to analyze client requirements,
monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks and keep projects
on track. S/he must also have prior lead experience producing detail-level
functional or operational requirement documentation and conducting
inspections of required documents and quality reviews.

   - Collaborate with project managers and project sponsors to determine
   project scope and vision.
   - Clearly identify project stakeholders and establish user classes, as
   well as their characteristics.
   - Conduct interviews and product analysis to gather user requirements
   via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards,
   use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
   - Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis
   in order to define impact, outcome criteria, and measure-taking actions.
   - Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected
   requirements.
   - Establish practices and procedures that work towards the continuous
   improvement of the requirements process.
   - Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely
   write requirement specifications.
   - Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in
   a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
   - Where necessary, develop prototypes of interfaces and attributes based
   on findings.
   - Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide
   direction to developers and/or the project team.
   - Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project
   lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
   - Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications – through written
   documentation project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that
   issues and solutions are understood.
   - Oral and written communications skills to facilitate meetings, capture
   requirements as well as write documentation, specifications, procedures and
   process flows.
   - Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage.
