Experienced server engineer to assist in the daily management of the agency
managed Windows based server, application and client resources in a AD
environment.
• Management of day-to-day server and client operations.
• Experience installing, configuring and supporting Windows 7 and 8, Windows
Server 2003, 2008, 2012 and associated software in both physical and VM
environments
• Expertise in Cisco and/or Avaya Wireless LAN technologies
• Basic Avaya/Nortel and/or Cisco switch/router experience
• AirWatch MDM experience
• Previous experiencing supporting Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, group policy
and RAS.
• Support of server based antivirus and network monitoring systems
• Experience in a laboratory and/or building automation environment
• Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues from client software/device
through to ISP
• Experience with MS Office tools such as MS Word, Excel, Visio and Project.
Must be able to prepare technical documentation using these and other tools.
• Strong presence, professional image, and ability to deal confidently with
technical matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, with occasional work outside of regular
hours.
• Highly motivated, self-sufficient and able to work well independently.
• Industry related certifications are a bonus
Required 5 Years Experience in the following
Experience installing, configuring and supporting Windows 7/ 8, Windows Server

Previous experiencing supporting Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO and RAS.
Support of server based antivirus and network monitoring systems such as SAV
and WhatsUp
Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues from client software/device through
