*Title    *          : Sr. QA Engineer

*Complete Description:*



·         Review requirement documentation to ensure technical accuracy,
compliance or completeness or to mitigate risks.

·         Participate in design reviews to provide input on functional
requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.

·         Participate in code reviews with team members.

·         Create and execute complex test cases, test plans and test
scripts (manual and automated).

·         Log defects and track to closure.

·         Manage QA environments and perform application deployment and
troubleshooting.

·         Accurately report on progress on goals to team through effective
use of tools and team based communication.

·         Provide guidance and training to peers in areas of strength as
well as general guidance to junior members.

·         Work directly with others in addition to the Product Development
team such as Customer Support and Customers themselves.

·         Consistently work in an agile manner and support a culture of
quality and continuous improvement.



*Required Experience :*



·         Solid hands-on experience with test planning, defect tracking,
test execution, test reporting and code coverage

·         Skills/experience with test automation tools such as *Selenium
(clear understanding of Selenium server and grid model)*

·         Proven and demonstrable skill in Responsive testing

·         Hands-on experience with *scripting languages like Python*

·         Experience testing in both *Windows and Linux environments*

·         Good understanding of web frameworks and the corresponding
testing strategies

·         *Agile software development experience: Scrum, Kanban, Extreme
Programming (XP).*

·         Any of the following test certifications - QAI, ASQ, IIST, ISEB,
ISTQB, a plus

·         Experience with the Rally software, a plus

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
