*Duration: 3 months + * *we need local in MA* -Must Haves · *BA/PM experience* – if they have a background in project management that is great, but they need to be willing to do BA work and testing · Relevant application experience is extremely preferred almost required o HR application implementation project experience (Workday) o Payroll application implementation project experience o Nursing application implementation project experience (Kronos) · Developing test scripts, logging defects in tracking tools · Scheduling – training for end users, meetings, testing etc. · Ability to roll with the punches, do what needs to be done, can’t be someone who only wants to do PM work. We need a roll up your sleeve mentality that can work well with all the different internal teams at the Hospital. -Day to Day · This person will be immediately thrown into the payroll rollout, as Workday is almost complete. There are three rounds of testing for Finance, and then they are going to be rolling out a nursing application (Kronos). This person will work closely with both members of Finance/Payroll and Nursing on UAT - testing, and helping them log defects. They will be doing requirements gathering, testing, and some light project management as well.
