Thanks.!!! *Job Title: 117255: ALM Tester - Business Analyst* *Location: Herndon VA* *Duration:12 months* *Rate: $50/hr. on C2C* Required Qualifications: • 5+ years’ experience familiarity with different types of testing (system integration (SIT), customer acceptance (CAT), regression, functional, etc.) and an ability to plan/execute accordingly • 3+ years’ experience working as a business analyst gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements • Needs to be ALM trained and can edit/program ALM test scripts which use Quick Test Pro/Unified Functional Testing • Needs to setup eFMS with our ALM installation. This would include documenting all the setup steps so we could leverage for future installs • Needs to migrate VersionOne stories into ALM. This is currently a manual process • Needs to create/record automation test scripts that can be utilized in all future regression testing • Ability to translate business requirements into Agile user stories • Communications skills: speaking and writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience (technical and non-technical) • Ability to effectively interface with clients to gather application requirements • Ability to analyze functional requirements and to write component detailed design technical documents Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Java development is a plus • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle experience in an Agile environment • Ability to be flexible and work analytically • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member • Ability to function independently to complete work assignments Additional Provisions: • Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check. • Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process. • If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance. • All candidates must be a US Citizen, have permanent residence status (Green Card), or a H-1B Visa. • Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
