The Senior Storage Engineer ensures the overall health and availability of
the Enterprise Infrastructure.



Responsibilities:

•        Manage Arrays , NAS, fabric zoning and storage software

•        Alert on and resolve performance issues and advise end users

•        Provide High availability of storage resources to all applications

•        Configure and manage all Open Storage Equipment

•        Performance analysis of the application and storage technology
used will be required



Experience Required:

•        Bachelor’s Degree

•        NAS

•        EMC storage products, technologies, and performance analysis

•        EMC backup/recovery products

•        7 years of  experience in one or more of the following
Infrastructure Technologies: Networks, *Storage*, Server Platforms, Data
Center Facilities required

•        This role requires a proficiency in primary technology domain
concepts and ability use these skills to quickly produce something of
value.  Must be able to successfully design and implement highly complex
configurations



Desired:

•        Experience with various protocols (TCP/IP, FC, iSCSI, FCoE) is
desired

•        7 years of experience; 10 years preferred as a Storage Engineer

•        Experience related to Microsoft Windows, VMware ESX/ESXi, Linux
(RHEL/SUSE), AIX

•        (VMAX, VNX, Isilon, VPLEX)

•        (Avamar, DataDomain, RecoverPoint, Networker, ReplicationManager)

•        Cisco MDS

•        Symantec/Veritas
