*NEED LOCALS QA Engineer-Boston MA - Face to face required* *Title: QA engineerLocation: Boston ,MADuration: 6 Months* Job Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Software Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for writing and executing manual and automated test cases, identifying defects, to ensure that developed products meet the design specifications and are within Technology Group standards. Identifies test scenarios and writes test cases based on user story acceptance criteria. Investigates and reports defects and related quality concerns effectively to team members, including: other SQEs, QA Manager, developers, project managers, product owners, and business analysts. Understands and implements, at an individual level, software quality engineering best practices. Analyzes and ensures requirements/User Story acceptance criteria are acceptable for test case creation. Executes manual and automated test cases, as well as performs back end data validation. Tracks test progress and results in test management tools like JIRA and Quality Center. SKILLS Java;HTML;XML;Java;Javascript;SQL;TSQL;Web Services JIRA, JSON, Selenium, SOAP, REST, AJAX, Coding EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Computer related field preferred with two (2) to five (5) years of experience and/or equivalent work experience; or equivalent education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
