Thanks.!!! *Job Title: Project Manager* *Location: Washington DC Duration: 6+ Months* *Consultant should be within the US from past five years. * The client seeks PMP-certified, technical project manager with expertise with Integrated Voice Response (IVR) technology. The resource will manage the transition of a legacy Integrated Voice Response (IVR) hosted by Convergys) to the successor IVR system. Supplier will provide personnel with the following qualifications and skills to perform the Services: Required Skills: Technical Required Skills: • Demonstrated knowledge of Integrated Voice Response (IVR) system structure, design and operation. • Ability to use Microsoft Project to track project progress • Proficient in technical writing and communication in regards to IVR requirements, processes, statement of work, and practices. • Ability in Advanced Microsoft Office tools Project Manager Skills: • Demonstrated implementation of IVR systems involving transition from incumbent to new supplier. • Holds current, valid PMP® certification. • Ability to utilize project management principles and techniques to effectively lead and manage an enterprise-level IVR implementation project from requirements gathering and planning through implementation and ongoing program management • Ability to lead the business process and organizational change management transformations that accompany IVR implementation projects • Ability to communicate effectively on a wide range of subjects, both technical and non-technical, to all levels of management and staff • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute project plans including work breakdown, resource estimates, activity planning, resource scheduling, assigning of deliverables, project administration, and status reporting Preferred Qualifications: • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar computer or engineering field, or equivalent experience and/or professional certification • Effective leadership to direct the work of others and judgment to plan and accomplish goal • Ability to perform a variety of complicated tasks and displaying a wide degree of creativity and latitude Additional Provisions • Pass a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check. • Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process. • If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance. • All candidates must be a US Citizen, have permanent residence status (Green Card), H-1B Visa. • Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
